You set up a camera outside and miss every animal that walks by during the night. You're checking footage constantly, but you're only seeing empty frames and wasted battery life. This camera activates on motion and captures clear images during the day or at night using infrared technology.

The camera detects movement through a sensor and starts recording automatically. It captures still images at resolutions up to 12 megapixels or videos in 1080p, 720p, or VGA formats. The infrared LEDs emit invisible light at 850 nanometers, letting the camera record in darkness without visible flashes.

It stores files on a memory card up to 32 gigabytes and stamps each recording with the date and time. The housing meets IP65 water resistance standards and protects against rain and dust. Four AA batteries power the unit and last up to six months in standby mode.

The 3 megapixel sensor captures images in JPEG format and videos in AVI format. You can set the delay between captures to 1 second, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, or 1 minute. The camera measures 129 by 93 by 39 millimeters and mounts using the included belt.
