This camera uses a 2.0MP color sensor with a fixed lens and auto infrared filter to help capture images and video. Press the power button and adjust settings on the 2.4 inch color screen to set photo resolution, video quality, and detection sensitivity. Insert four to eight AA batteries and a memory card up to 32GB to start recording.

The camera triggers when motion activates the sensor and helps capture activity before animals move out of frame. It records video at up to 1920 by 1080 resolution or takes photos at 16MP, 12MP, 8MP, 5MP, 3MP, or 1.3MP. The 90 degree field of view helps cover wide areas in front of the lens.

Thirty eight infrared lights at 940nm wavelength help illuminate subjects up to 72.1 feet away in dark conditions without visible glow. The IP66 waterproof rating helps protect internal components from dust, rain, and snow in temperatures from -50°F to 158°F. The adjustable sensor lets you control detection range and may help reduce false triggers from wind or small animals.
