All items placed on Clauna.com include a free 30-day warranty. The warranty covers products that do not work due to a defective or non-functional product that was not caused by the buyer. The warranty covers functional parts that affect the main function of the device, including the battery. If you discover a defective product during the warranty period, Clauna.com will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge.
How to claim your warranty?
Please contact us at support@clauna.com with your original order number, the reason for the replacement, and photos of your item within 30 days of receiving your order. A replacement will be provided to you. Clauna.com is not responsible for shipping costs. We may also ask you to mail the product back. The warranty can only be used and claimed by the buyer.
